Privacy and security
No passwords are stored or used. Each code works once and expires in 10 minutes.
Your records can be read only by you. Our database rules check the signed-in owner on every request.
Uploads are scanned before they are saved. Files are never public: they open only for you, or through a share link you made.
Each link has a long random token, an optional expiry date and a revoke button. Every view is logged and shown to you.
A public profile shows your first name and last initial only, and goes live only after our team approves it.
Optional suggestions are read from your own PDF text or your own entries. You confirm everything, and contact details are never sent to an AI service.

Yes. Career Calling Trainers is free for trainers and assessors, and RTOs can open share links and search the directory at no cost.

Only you. An RTO sees a document only when you send them a share link that includes it, and you can revoke that link at any time.
