- Credentials with type, issuer, codes, issue and expiry dates, and a current, expiring or expired status.
- Industry currency and PD entries from the last three years, with totals, if the trainer included them.
- A unit by unit matrix with the trainer’s competency, experience and linked evidence, if the trainer included one.
- The documents themselves, opened from the page. The trainer sees when the link or a file is opened.

Do I need an account to open a share link?
No. A share link opens in any browser. The trainer chose what it shows and can revoke it at any time.
Can I rely on the matrix?
A self-check to help you prepare. It does not decide compliance; your RTO makes that decision. Use it to see where evidence sits, then verify credentials with the issuer as you normally would.
How do I contact a trainer in the directory?
Use the contact form on their profile. We forward your message to the trainer, who replies if they are interested. Trainer email addresses are never shown.
Are directory trainers checked?
Our team reviews each profile before it goes live, to keep the directory tidy and respectful. We do not verify qualifications or employment history.
