A trainer sends you a private link. It opens in any browser, no account needed.
Read a dated evidence trail
Credentials with issuers, codes and dates, industry currency and PD, and a unit by unit matrix if the trainer included one.

View each file the trainer chose to share. The trainer can see when their link was opened.

The trail helps you check faster. Your RTO still verifies credentials and decides whether a trainer meets your requirements.
Credential vault
Every document, with its dates
Upload PDF, JPG or PNG files up to 5 MB. Each item has a type, issuer, codes, an issue date and an expiry date.
- Every file is virus scanned before it is saved, and stays private to you.
- Reminders by email at 60, 30 and 7 days before an expiry date, and when something has expired. You can turn them off.
- Upload a PDF certificate and ask for suggested details: we read the text in the PDF (not images) and suggest the type, issuer, codes and dates for you to confirm. Nothing is saved until you choose.
Industry currency and PD
A record that builds itself
Quick entries with the date, hours, type and what you did, and an optional file.
- Types: professional development, industry work, networking, conferences and reading.
- A yearly summary page with totals by type and month, and exports as PDF and CSV.
- An optional draft summary written only from your own entries, for you to edit.
- A monthly nudge if you have not logged anything, if you want one.
Matrix builder
Unit by unit, with the evidence linked
Search qualifications and units from training.gov.au data, add your vocational competency and experience for each unit, and link items from your vault and PD log.
- Evidence present
At least one linked item is current, and you have described your competency and experience.
- Expiring
A linked item expires within 90 days, or currency has not been logged in the last 12 months.
- Missing
No evidence is linked yet, or a linked item has expired.
- Superseded
The unit has been replaced. The tool shows the replacement and never treats the old unit as current.

Export your matrix as XLSX, CSV or PDF. Every export carries the self-check statement.
Your training and assessment credential
The matrix shows the status of your own training and assessment credential from your vault beside every unit: held and current, held but superseded (with its replacement), or not recorded.
It is your credential as you recorded it, never a statement about who delivers training. Your RTO checks which credential applies.
Superseded units
When a unit or qualification has been superseded, the tool says so and shows its replacement. Superseded components are never shown as current.

Choose what a link includes, set an optional expiry date, and revoke it whenever you like. Every view is logged and shown to you.

Opt in to a public profile with your first name and last initial, headline, industries, states, delivery modes, availability and the units and qualifications in your matrix. Our team approves each profile before it goes live.
