Sign in by one-time email code
No passwords are stored or used. Each code works once and expires in 10 minutes.
Private by default
Your records can be read only by you. Our database rules check the signed-in owner on every request.
Every file virus scanned
Uploads are scanned before they are saved. Files are never public: they open only for you, or through a share link you made.
Share links you control
Each link has a long random token, an optional expiry date and a revoke button. Every view is logged and shown to you.
Profiles are opt in
A public profile shows your first name and last initial only, and goes live only after our team approves it.
AI only helps, never decides
Optional suggestions are read from your own PDF text or your own entries. You confirm everything, and contact details are never sent to an AI service.
Close your account at any time
Closing your account deletes your records and files.
What we collect
Your email address (to sign in and send reminders), the records you add (credentials, files, PD entries, matrices, profile and share links), and the views of your share links. We keep server logs needed to run and protect the service.
Where it is stored
Records and files are stored on our own server in a database used only by this site. Files are protected: they have no public address and open only for you or through a share link you made.
Optional suggestions
If you ask for suggested details from a PDF, or a draft PD summary, the text of that PDF or your own entries may be sent to a free AI service, which may process it outside Australia. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed before anything is sent. Suggestions never change your records until you confirm them, and every feature works without them.
Share links
A share link uses a long random token. It works until it expires or you revoke it. Every view and every file opened through it is logged with the date, time and a short browser description, and shown to you.
Your profile
Public profiles are opt in, show only your first name and last initial and the details you enter, and are approved by our team before they go live. Messages from RTOs reach you by email without your address being shown.
Your choices
Turn reminders off, revoke links, pause your profile or close your account at any time. Closing your account deletes your records and files. Read our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.
