Evidence Sharing Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

1. What a share link is

A share link is a private web address that shows a dated evidence trail you chose: some or all of your credentials, optionally your industry currency and PD log, and optionally one matrix. Anyone who has the link can open it until it expires or you revoke it.

2. Your controls

You choose what each link includes, can set an expiry date, and can revoke a link at any time. A revoked link stops working at once and cannot be turned back on; make a new link instead.

3. Views are logged

Every time a link or one of its files is opened, we record the date and time and a short description of the browser, and show this to you. We do not show the viewer’s identity because we do not know it.

4. For people who receive a link

Use the information only to assess the trainer for work with your organisation. Do not pass the link on without the trainer’s permission. The trail is a self-check prepared by the trainer: verify credentials with the issuer before you rely on them.

5. Security

Links use a long random token and are never listed or indexed. Files are virus scanned when they are uploaded and are served only through the link, never from a public address.
