Trainer Terms

Last updated: 6 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Career Calling Trainers as a trainer or assessor. Career Calling Trainers is a service of Career Calling International Pty Ltd, part of CAQA Groups. By signing in you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in.

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. Closing it deletes your records and uploaded files.

3. Your records are yours

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write. You give us permission to store it, scan it for viruses, show it to you and share it only in the ways you choose, such as a share link or an approved public profile.

4. Accuracy

Upload only genuine documents that belong to you, and keep dates and details accurate. Do not alter, invent or misdescribe a credential, unit, licence, check or activity. We may suspend an account or remove a profile that appears to misrepresent anything.

5. Self-check tools

The matrix builder, evidence statuses, summaries and exports are self-checks to help you prepare. They do not decide compliance, do not verify documents and are not advice. Your RTO makes those decisions.

6. Suggestions

Optional suggestions, such as details read from a PDF or a draft summary of your PD entries, are generated from your own material and may be wrong. Check and confirm every suggestion before you save it.

7. Public profiles

A profile is published only if you opt in and our team approves it. It shows your first name and last initial and the details you enter, never your email address or phone number. We may decline, edit for tidiness with your agreement, or pause a profile.

8. Messages from RTOs

We forward messages that RTOs send through the directory. We do not check RTOs. Confirm who you are dealing with before you share documents or personal details.

9. Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, other people’s documents, or content that is unlawful or offensive. Do not try to access another person’s records or interfere with the service.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version on this page. Questions are welcome on 1800 266 160 or info@caqa.com.au.
