Directory and Contact Terms

1. Using the directory

The trainer directory lists trainers and assessors who chose to publish a profile and whose profile our team approved. It is free to search. Listing in the directory is not an endorsement, and we do not verify qualifications, units, employment or availability.

2. Contact requests

Send a message through the contact form on a trainer’s profile. We forward it to the trainer, keep a copy for our records and may contact you about it. The trainer decides whether to reply. Trainer email addresses are never shown on the site.

Use the form only for genuine work opportunities. Do not send marketing, recruitment spam or anything unlawful. We may block senders who misuse the form.

3. Your responsibilities as an RTO

Your RTO remains responsible for checking that a trainer or assessor meets your requirements, including verifying credentials with the issuer and checking industry currency. The tools on this site are self-checks and do not decide compliance.
